Why scrum masterish?

As a Scrum Master, I found that there is more in Agile than Scrum. As I continue my role as a SM, I am learning about other Agile methodologies and personal growth. 

Being a great Scrum Master isn’t just about learning the Scrum Guide. It’s about being a better person, a better observer, a better communicator, facilitator.

This blog covers Scrum and many other things (favorite quotes, pictures of Montreal), hence the “ish” part.
